Our Onboarding Process
When you contact JOCO Growers, the gears start turning immediately. The first thing we'll do is schedule an organizational meeting (phone, video, or in person) at a mutually acceptable date and time.
During that meeting, we'll answer any questions you may have and walk you through the logistics of your sale. Afterwards, we'll send you a detailed follow-up email to take back to your board for approval. This email will include a full list of dates (kick off, end of sale, purchase order due, and delivery), along with all other relevant details for making an informed decision on your fundraiser.
The Five-Step Fundraiser
Lead Up
Prior to the start of your sale, we will equip you with student packets, and a state of the art online store.
Kick Off
This is the day that the student packets go home with the kids, and the online store goes live, starting a 2-3 week “pre-sale” period. During this period, you'll have access to a range of pre-made digital marketing artwork, kick off and promo videos, social media posts, and other assets to help you build excitement and get the word out.
End of Sale
This is the date the online store closes and all student packets (containing cash and check sales) are due back to the classrooms.
Purchase Order Due
Your final Purchase order will be due to JOCO a few days after the end of your sale. In that time, our online system will enable you to enter packet information from all of your paper sales.
Delivery Day
On the big day, one of our managers will arrive at your school to deliver the flowers and help your volunteers sort them. With the flowers unloaded, sorted, and counted, our manager will leave you to begin filling orders. Check out the video below for more information!
